Who does not love the sea, the wisdom depths of the ocean and the presence of whales especially at this time of the year at the Great South West??

In this third and final chapter of Harmonic Alignment we dive deep into the medicinal benefits of the ocean whilst we receive the wisdom of whales, because currently we are in the season here in the south of whale watching where these beautiful creatures come to this side of the coast and bless us with their beauty.

Included are the stories- poetry- music and working with nature as our backdrop symphony in the beautiful Yallingup at the studio Kundalini Yoga South West.

We work with the orchestra of nature at its finest surrounded by vast seas and wild landscapes adding that taste of uniqueness within our gathering.
